In April 2016, USBC delegates approved increasing the USBC national dues cap from $10 to $15, but USBC had pledged national dues would increase to just $13 for the 2017-18 season and not go to $15 before the 2022-23 season. USBC lived up to that pledge, not taking the additional $2 until this season.
