Zachary Karr of the “Lefty Mafia” closed with three strikes in his final frame for 278 in his final game to edge into the all-events lead by three pins on Monday at the 2023 USBC Open Championships in Reno. Karr on Sunday fired 743 (235-248-260) to lead Lefty Mafia 1 to 3,282, good for seventh place in team event.
