It is official: The 2024 Greater Iowa Bowling Association 11thFrame.com Open at Cherry Lanes inside the Diamond Jo Casino in Dubuque, Iowa, will be Aug. 16-18.
Cherry Lanes Manager Bob Hochrein also announced that a special room block already is set up with the Holiday Inn: there are 25 rooms both Friday and Saturday night of that weekend at $139 per night. Call 563-556-2000 and reference 11thFrame.com Open.
The weekend again will feature a Friday sweeper, and the tournament Saturday and Sunday will feature a maximum field of 156 entries that annually sells out within a few days of entries opening.
GIBA administrator Joe Engelkes will announce when entries open and I will report it as well.
