With 89 PBA Tour titles that include 28 majors and 10 of the last 11 Player of the Year honors, the five future Hall of Famers that advanced to Sunday’s stepladder finals for the 2024 U.S. Open might make up the greatest championship round in history.
This is not to say whether these are the five greatest bowlers ever, as some people mistakenly thought when I raised the issue on Facebook. It is to say that this might be the greatest collection of players in a single championship round...
