Scores continued creeping higher as Sweden’s Markus Jansson took the lead after Monday’s first round at the 2024 USBC Masters at the Suncoast in Las Vegas, according to results posted here. Jansson fired games of 229, 258, 297, 246 and 246 for a 1,274 total to lead by 17 pins over Justin Bohn. The sold-out field of 465 players is bowling 15 games of qualifying over Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday with all competitors bowling two 5-game blocks on fresh oil and one on the burn. The top 6...
