Strong year for PBA viewership falters over weekend against March Madness

PBA Tour and PBA Elite League shows have been enjoying strong viewership this season on FOX and FS1, but March Madness slowed that momentum. The second PBA Elite League show on FS1 started on a different channel because of a baseball game running long, and moved to FS1 about a half hour in at 6:30 p.m. Central time on Saturday. Going up against the Illinois-Connecticut Elite 8 game, the show drew average viewership (measured every 15 minutes) of 178,000, with 47,000 in the key 18-49 category,...
