Latvia’s Diana Zavjalova came in with a stunning 212-pin lead after Thursday’s first round of the 2024 U.S. Women’s Open at Royal Pin Woodland in Indianapolis and didn’t let up on Friday, extending her lead to 278 pins after the second round.
Zavjalova had 2,037 in the first round and rolled games of 236, 179, 218, 236, 235, 245, 195 and 236 for 1,780 in the second round and a 16-game total of 3,817, a 238.56 average, according to results posted here.
