Since the USBC Hall of Fame added the Outstanding USBC Performance category in 2011, 23 bowlers have been inducted in the category.
Under revisions to the Hall of Fame nominating and voting procedures announced Tuesday in this USBC news release, 12 of those 23 would not even have been eligible to be considered for induction.

USBC reported that the revisions come following recommendations from a working group that analyzed the existing processes and procedures for the USBC Hall of Fame. The working group consisted “primarily of current USBC Hall of Fame members,” but none were identified by USBC.
