It’s two tournaments in one for the PBA Tour this week at Bowlero Vernon Hills in the Chicago suburb of Vernon Hills.
The 80-player field is bowling 18 qualifying games over three 6-game blocks Tuesday and Wednesday that serve as qualifying for both the 2025 PBA Illinois Classic and 2025 Roth/Holman PBA Doubles Championship.
For the Illinois Classic, the top 24 advance to bracket match play Wednesday and Thursday, with the top eight earning one bye. The matches are best-of-7-games....
