Ethan Fiore rebounds after losing lead to earn top seed of 2025 PBA Players Championship; Jason Belmonte, Anthony Simonsen headline seeds 5-9 stepladder

Ethan Fiore came into Friday’s 16 games of match play in the 2025 PBA Players Championship with a 155-pin lead after 32 games at David Small's JAX 60 in Jackson, Michigan.
In the first 8-game block of match play, the 20-year-old Fiore went a solid 5-3 with all games over 200 for 1,714, but Alec Keplinger went 7-1 and fired a 1,937 block that featured a perfect game to jump into first, 40 pins ahead of Fiore, according to results posted here.
