Chris Barnes had a 91-pin lead after 32 games of qualifying on four different patterns in the 2025 PBA50 World Championship at 2025 PBA50 World Series of Bowling at JAX 60 in Jackson, Michigan.
But Mark Clark went 5-1 in the first round of match play on Friday and edged past Barnes by 18 pins, according to results posted here.
Barnes rebounded in the second round, going 4-2 for the second straight round, and regaining the lead, ending 55 pins ahead of John Janawicz and 95 over Clark.
