With a clutch finish, Dallas Leong edged Anthony Simonsen to win the 2025 New Mexico Open at Tenpins & More of Rio Rancho, New Mexico.
In the title match, Simonsen closed with a double and 9-spare in his final two frames for 212, forcing Leong to get a double and 9-count for 213. Leong carried a mixer, dug out a 10-pin, and then carried another mixer for 214, as can be seen in the InsideBowling.com archive of the webcast of the stepladder.
