Lefty Jake Bockstie edges right-handed 'lefty' Zach Andresen to win 2025 GIBA Ebonite Fall Classic

It was a tournament so dominated by left-handers that a right-hander bowling like a lefty came within one shot of winning.
Left-hander Jake Bockstie beat 2-handed right-hander Zach Andresen’s backup balls off the left side 259-257 in the title match to win the 2025 GIBA Ebonite Fall Classic at Maple Lanes in Waterloo, Iowa.
Andresen needed a 10th frame strike to take the title, but came slightly high in the 1-2 pocket and left a 6-pin.
