The 2025 Wisconsin Scratch Bowlers Tour Over 40/Under 40 Doubles on Saturday, Nov. 29 at 10 a.m. at Revs Bowl Bar & Grill, 275 N. Washburn St. in Oshkosh, will feature a change in how the stepladder is seeded.
