New name, new center, new format for 2025 Heartland Doubles, but same players at top as Ryan Zagar-Matt Gasn beat Dave Beres-Chad-Maas

Ryan Zagar was part of the winning team at the Midwest Championship Doubles from 2020-23, three times with his brother Kyle Zagar and in 2023 with Matt Gasn. In 2024, Zagar and Gasn finished sixth, missing the stepladder finals by one spot as Chad Maas and Dave Beres won the title. For 2025, the Midwest Championship Doubles changed its name to the Heartland Doubles and moved from AMF West in Milwaukee to the Lanes on 20 in Racine, as I detailed in this story.
