To my memory, there has never been a national professional doubles title won by a father/mother and son/daughter.
Bowling historian Eric Hartman reports that Dick and John Weber finished fourth in the 1977 PBA Doubles Classic won by Mark Roth and Marshall Holman, while Mickey Spiezio and Rowdy Morrow won the 1987 Kessler PBA Senior/Touring Pro Doubles and became father-in-law and son-in-law about a year later.
