Ronnie Russell has struggled so much in recent years that he has decided to retire from full-time PBA Tour participation. After starting to tell friends of his decision, Russell went out and led Monday’s 2026 PBA Shark Championship qualifying at World Series of Bowling XVII at Bowlero Brooklyn Park in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. Russell totaled 2,366 in Shark Championship qualifying on games of 234, 205, 258, 190 and 266 for 1,153 in the first block and 246, 256, 230, 246 and 235 for 1,213...
