Patience is more than a virtue at Open Championships

When we got done shooting 967 the first game at the USBC Open Championships Friday night, I thought we might be lucky to get to 3,000. I thought we hadn't executed our game plan well enough, the shot had only opened a bit, we were not making the quality shots we are capable of, and we had no mojo. What we did have, though, was patience and the knowledge -- FIGJAM alert -- that we've been down such roads before and have the ability to do awesome things when we get zoned in. And a few frames...
