At least 10 United States Bowling Congress championships tournaments would come to Reno from 2019-2030 under a deal being considered by the Reno City Council, the Reno Gazette-Journal reported in this story. The deal for the tournaments is part of a proposal that would dedicate most of the revenue from a $2 hotel room tax that started last year for improvements to the National Bowling Stadium, the paper said.
