Team USA girls just miss final four in doubles at World Youth Championships

The two Team USA girls' doubles teams just missed the final four medal round at the World Youth Championships in Thailand on Tuesday, the United States Bowling Congress reported. Danielle McEwan of Stony Point, N.Y., and Amanda Greene of Romney, W.Va., finished fifth at 2,445 for 12 games (six each), while Jessica Earnest of Vandalia, Ill. and Kelsey Muther of Topeka, Kan. were seventh at 2,419, USBC said in this news release that also recounted Marshall Kent's gold medal in singles.
