Terry Kulibert’s Over 40/Under 40 Doubles, which is annually one of the state’s most popular scratch tournaments, is set for Saturday, Nov. 24 at noon at Super Bowl in Appleton. The tournament requires one bowler of a duo to be at least 40 years old. Teams are limited to one PBA player. The entry fee is $160 per team and first is $1,500 based on 48 teams.
