USBC’s Brian Lewis says there’s ‘lots of interest’ by cities in hosting Open Championships, Women’s Championships

It sounds like the United States Bowling Congress will have little trouble finding host cities for the Open Championships and Women’s Championships in years the tournament doesn’t go to Reno or another semi-permanent city if a deal is made with one. Lewis, USBC managing director of tournaments, said on BowlTV on Wednesday that he has been in contact with more than 80 cities as USBC looks at host cities for the tournaments for 2016, 2017 and 2018 that aren’t already set...
