Robby Spigner of Chicago and Erik Galganski of Orlando, Fla., have joined the United States Bowling Congress Board of Directors effective immediately, USBC announced on Thursday. Spigner was appointed by USBC President Andrew Cain to replace Bill Vint of East Troy as a delegate representative.
