One of the biggest tournaments in the northern half of Wisconsin is set for Jan. 5-6 in Eau Claire, tournament organizer Denny Burkart announced. The 55th annual Chippewa Valley Match Games will be held at Wagner's Lanes. The entry fee is $90 and first is $1,500, with one in four bowlers cashing. There also is plenty of side action, including brackets and pots. And there is a doubles event with a separate entry fee using games 5-8 of qualifying. Qualifying is Saturday with squads at 9 a.m....
