After last year’s astounding turnout of 155 entries that caused the Kurt Davids Memorial New Year’s Eve Day Handicap Singles Tournament to start about 45 minutes late, Badger Pro Shop proprietor and tournament operator Jim Wipperfurth started pondering changes to deal with the crush.
