The 11th Frame: Hong Kong Sports Institute joins scoring study; details of study released

The Hong Kong Sports Institute is joing the World Tenpin Bowling Association’s study on factors that influence scoring, the WTBA announced last week. The USBC already was part of the study, which I blogged about here.
