Rejection of removing local association dues cap won’t impact award program changes

Earlier this year, the United States Bowling Congress announced that it was planning big changes in much of its awards program, making all but the top awards the responsibility of local associations starting in the 2014-15 season. Local associations will have the option of making their awards programs whatever they want them to be, while USBC will contract with a top national vendor to provide volume discount pricing on awards for local associations.
