The United States Bowling Congress will certify Joe Scarborough’s 900 series in the PBA50 Sun Bowl in The Villages tournament as a standard score, not a Sport Bowling score.
The only thing keeping Joe Scarborough's 900 series in the PBA50 Sun Bowl in The Villages tournament from being a Sport Bowling score is the tournament’s lack of Sport certification. “The one thing I want everyone to understand is that that pattern that day was Sport compliant,” PBA Commissioner Tom Clark said in a phone interview Wednesday afternoon.
