Jason Belmonte rallied from the bottom spot to the top seed at the Lucas Oil PBA Bear Open, but it was Tom Hess’ late rally that stole the show at AMF Bowlero on Tuesday. Belmonte fell to 24th after the first two of 16 games of round-robin match play Tuesday before starting a long rally that took him to the top seed for the stepladder finals of the Bear Open, which will be taped Saturday at Bowlero for later airing on CBS Sports Network, PBA reported.
