There are two important things at stake when hundreds of the nation’s top youth bowlers compete each year in the North Pointe Junior Gold Championships: national titles and Junior Team USA spots. On Thursday, four bowlers earned spots on Junior Team USA for 2014 after qualifying ended at Junior Gold, which this year was held in the Detroit area.
