Cherry Lanes in the Diamond Jo Casino in Dubuque is holding its annual scratch sweeper on Sunday, Jan. 12 at 9 a.m. The tournament features six games of qualifying with the top five advancing to a stepladder finals. The entry fee is $40 and first will pay $400 based on 40 entries. Brackets and pot games will be available. The field is capped at 78 bowlers.
