Dream Lanes, 13 Atlas Court in Madison, again will be hosting its New Year's Day doubles tournament starting at 10:15 a.m. The Y2K + 14 handicap event has a double elimination match play format. Handicap is 90 percent based on a 460 average, which is the maximum allowed. The entry fee is $50 per team and based on 32 teams, first will pay $500 and second $250 with six teams cashing.
