Rick Thomas and Jerod Kieler slammed perfect games to highlight the opening weekend of the Madison Bowling Association Championships — aka the City Tournament — at Badger Bowl. Thomas, who has been a dominant force in the City Tournament in recent years, fired the 300 in a 790 series in team event to lead 4 Scratch 1 Handicap to the scratch lead with 3,317.
