Sean Yonan Memorial weekend in Sheboygan raises nearly $17,000

The Sean Yonan Memorial Scratch Scholarship Tournament, established in honor of youth bowler Sean Yonan who died in 1995 from a severe asthma attack, awarded nearly $17,000 in scholarships over the weekend. That brings the event’s 9-year total to more than $122,000 in scholarships awarded, the Yonan family reported. The tournament set a record with 200 youth bowlers participating, and 72 cashing.
