Cortisone soothes a savage wrist, but more surgery possible

If you read what I wrote here last month, you know that in recent months I’ve been experiencing wrist woes even worse than my bad normal and had a cortisone shot scheduled for April 28. I can report that the cortisone did an amazing job of easing that pain — at least for now. Within a day, my pain had declined from 8 or 9 on a scale of 1 to 10 when attempting to do anything physical with the wrist to 2 or 3, and has since dropped to 1 or 2.
