The 32-foot Wolf lane pattern offered up some high scores on Monday and Chris Barnes had the highest, averaging 249 on Monday to take the top seed for the PBA Wolf Open stepladder finals, PBA reported. Barnes fired games of 255, 289, 257, 225, 269 and 244 for a 1,539 total in the qualifying round, then started the semifinals with a 279 en route to a 12-game total of 2,989 at FireLake Bowling Center.
