Bill O’Neill makes second Summer Swing TV show as top seed of PBA Badger Open

Breaking out of a long slump by his lofty standards, Bill O’Neill made his second straight TV finals of the PBA Summer Swing, earning the top seed for the PBA Badger Open stepladder, PBA reported.
O’Neill, who earned the second seed for the PBA Bear Open on Tuesday, on Wednesday grabbed the top seed for the Badger Open in a tense semifinals that saw the top five separated by just 18 pins and defending champion Jake Peters just missing by three pins.
