The 16th annual Joe Tomsu Memorial Over/Under Scratch Doubles is set for Sunday, Nov. 9 at 9 a.m. at Thunderbowl in Council Bluffs, Iowa. The age for determining over and under in the event is 45, except women get to compete in the older division if they are at least 35.
