Craig Nidiffer took advantage of some good breaks in beating top seed Brett Wolfe for the $10,000 top prize at the 11th annual New Mexico Open on Sunday.
Nidiffer, a rising star from the Detroit area, beat Wolfe, a former USBC Masters champion, in the righty-lefty battle 276-237, Steve Mackie, tournament operator and host proprietor at Tenpins & More in Rio Rancho, N.M., reported.
