No fourth wrist surgery for this guy — at least for now

When I got a cortisone shot for my aching 3-operation wrist on April 28 and a referral to University Hospital hand surgeon Dr. Jonathon Tueting, I was disappointed that I could not get in to see him until Aug. 25. It turns out that was a blessing in disguise, because in the interim I gave up on experimenting with my grip to try to roll the ball stronger and went back to the grip I’ve used for almost my entire career. And in the last few weeks, things have returned to “normal”...
