Bowlmor AMF on Tuesday announced that it has completed its acquisition of  Brunswick’s Retail Bowling business of 85 bowling centers. As I wrote up here, Brunswick announced July 17 that it had agreed to sell its Retail Bowling business to Bowlmor AMF for $270 million, and intends to sell its Bowling Products business (balls, machines, lanes, etc.) by the end of 2014.
