Tony Thaden and Scott Olson fell a pin shy of perfection to highlight Madison area bowling on Wednesday. Thaden’s 299 came in a 773 series in the Bowl-A-Vard Lanes Lake City League. Olson’s 299 came in a 743 in the Sport Bowl All-Stars League. Tom Rogers was second with a 749 in the Prairie Lanes Eagles 623 League.
