Wisconsin Bowling Hall of Famer Dick Rice of Platteville is set to reach two historical marks when he competes next month in the 2015 United States Bowling Congress Open Championships in El Paso, Texas. Rice, 80, will compete in his 60th Open Championships and likely will exceed 100,000 pins this year. He is scheduled for team event on April 27 at 5 p.m. and minors the next day.
