Wisconsin Hall of Famer Dick Rice set to hit 60 years, 100,000 pins at USBC Open Championships

Wisconsin Bowling Hall of Famer Dick Rice of Platteville is set to reach two historical marks when he competes next month in the 2015 United States Bowling Congress Open Championships in El Paso, Texas.
Rice, 80, will compete in his 60th Open Championships and likely will exceed 100,000 pins this year. He is scheduled for team event on April 27 at 5 p.m. and minors the next day.
Rice has knocked down 99,111 pins and averaged 186.6 in his 59 years of Open Championships competition.
