Update: Madison's Theresa Frosch wins scratch singles title at Women's State Tournament

Update: Frosch went on to take the title, earning $138 for the win. Theresa Frosch of Madison fired a 727 over the weekend to take over first in scratch singles at the 2015 Wisconsin State USBC Women’s Bowling Association Championships — aka the Women’s State  Tournament — in  Oshkosh.
