Forced merger proposal again fails to pass at USBC convention

Legislation forcing non-merged state and local associations to merge again failed to pass Thursday at the 2015 United States Bowling Congress convention and annual meeting in Omaha, Nebraska, USBC reported in this news release. The original proposal would have forced mergers by Aug. 1, 2016, but that was amended to Aug. 1, 2018 before the proposal was voted on.
