Monday night was my first chance to see National Collegiate Bowling Coaches Association Most Valuable Player Michael Tang in action. Candidly, it was not a good first impression, as the San Jose State right-hander nearly guttered on his first ball, left the head-pin standing alone twice and generally was lost the entire first game, especially on the right lane.
