Guy Hillary won the singles title of the Wisconsin State Bowling Association Championships — aka the State Tournament — with 841 (263-300-278), although he didn't enter the scratch division, WSBA's Gloria Behr confirmed Wednesday afternoon. The rule is that the high scratch scores win the titles, even if the bowler doesn't enter an optional scratch division.
