PBA50 Tour Player of the Year candidate Mike Scroggins averaged 254.1 as lefties grabbed the top four spots in Monday’s high-scoring opening qualifying round of the PBA50 DeHayes Insurance Group Championship presented by Pro Bowl West and Ebonite, PBA reported.
