Wisconsin Bowlers Tour operator Carl McDonald has made several changes in response to concerns raised by bowlers as the fledgling tour tries to attract a following. The WISBT will be at Schwoegler’s in Madison on Saturday, Sept. 19 and Spartan Bowl in McFarland on Sunday, Sept. 20. The starting time is 10 a.m. both days.
