Terry Kulibert’s WSBT Over 40/Under 40 Doubles, annually one of the state’s most popular scratch tournaments, is set for Saturday, Nov. 28 at noon at Classic Lanes Fox Valley, 934 Byrd Ave. in Neenah. The venue is a change from long-time host Super Bowl in Appleton, with Kulibert now managing Classic Fox Valley.
